Shrimp Penne Recipe

1 lb. shrimp
3 tbsp. butter, separated
olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 glass dry white wine
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 tbsp. basil
1 lb. penne, cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Saute shrimp in 1 tbsp. butter and olive oil just until warm. Pull tails off shrimp; set aside. Saute onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. butter and olive oil (about 2 minutes) until tender. Add wine, tomato sauce, whipping cream, parsley and basil; stir until well mixed. Add shrimp and penne, mix well, and serve.
