1 frozen pie crust
3 c. vanilla ice cream
1/3 c. frozen margarita mix concentrate, thawed
2 T. tequila (optional)
1 1/2 c. lime sherbet
whipped cream (optinal)
slivered lime peel (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust according to directions and cool thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, stir vanilla ice cream just enough to soften. Stir in margarita mix then freeze until nearly firm. In another bowl, stir the tequila into the lime sherbet to soften then return freezer until nearly firm.
After they are firm, randomly drop spoonfuls of the lime mixture into the vanilla and fold together. (Just marble, do not over mix.) Transfer to pie shell and spread. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, let stand at room temperature for a few minutes to soften a little. Top slices with lime peel and whipped cream.
