1 TBSP. Sugar
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1/2 tsp. Grated Orange Zest
1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
8 Slices French Break
1 TBSP. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, orange rind, and cinnamon until blended. Place bread slices in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold the 8 slices in a single layer. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread, turn each slice to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat butter in a large nonstick ckillet ovet medium high heat. Add bread; cook for 2 minutes per side or until each side is golden brown.
