2 Cans Salmon, Bones and Skin Removed, Drained and Flaked
1 1/2 Cups Mashed Potatos
2 Eggs, Separated
2 TBSP. All-Purpose Flour
Pinch Salt
1/2 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl combine salmon and potato. Blend in egg yolks. With your hands, form mixture into flat cakes. Dust each cake wtih a mixture of flour and salt. Brush cakes with egg white. Coat with bread crumbs and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
