Pound steak thin and cut in very narrow slces, 2-3 inches long. Sprinkle steak with paprika, allow tostand while preparing other ingredients.
Brown meat in butter (Yes, butter), add garlic and broth.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes, until tender.
Add green pepper, onion- Cook 5 minutes more.
Blend cornstarch, water, and soy sauce.
Stir into meat mixture.
Cook untill thick, add tomatoes. COOK 5 minutes more.
Serve with rice, chow mein noodles.
