2-7 oz cans green chilies(diced)
1# Cheddar cheese,grated
1# Monterey Jack cheese,grated
3 eggs
1/2 can evaporated milk
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, garlic; Note: save half of cheese for top.
Arrange in cassserole: chilies, cheese
Pour egg mixture over chilies and cheese.
Bake 350 - 1/2 hour. Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes more and cool 5 minutes (sets up)
