1/2 # pork
1/2 c water
1/3 c vinegar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1 #2 can pineapple chunks
1 medium green pepper sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat.
In saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt, pineapple juice.
Cook over low heat till clear, slightly thickened.Pour sauce over meat; cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks, green pepper, onion; cook 2 minutes.
Serve with fried rice.
