2 1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. low-calorie margarine
1 - 6 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. frozen cooked salad shrimp
2 tbsp. Hormel Real Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Place water and margarine in a large saucepan. Stir in rice, contents of rice seasoning packet, and curry powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and bacon bits. Cover and simmer 10 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
