1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. low-cal margarine, softened
3 tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
2 lbs. tilapia filets, lightly salted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients well. Add basil, black pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Spray broiler pan with Pam. Place filets on broiler pan. Broil two minutes on each side, then top filets with the Parmesan mixture and broil until topping browns.
