1 (8 oz.) Can Pineapple Chunks, Juice Reserved
1 TBSP. Cornstarch
2/3 Chp Chili Sauce
1/3 Cup Raisind
1 TBSP. Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 TBSP. Vegetable Oil
4 Pork Chops

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, blend pineapple juice and cornstarch; stir in pineapple, chili sauce, raisins, sugar, adn cinnamon; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add chops and brown lightly. Pour pineapple mixture over top of the pork chops. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pork chops are done and juices run clear.
