1 loaf of Italian bread
5 cloves of garlic
1 stick of butter
oregano
1 package of shredded Mozzarella
1 large cookie sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. In a small pan, crush garlic and melt stick of butter over low heat. Slice bread thinly and lay on cookie sheet. Brush melted garlic butter generously over top of bread. On half of the slices, sprinkle mozzarella over bread. Generously sprinkle oregano over all slices. Place sheet in oven until cheese is just melted. Turn oven to broil and broil for 1 minute. Remove from oven and Serve!! Bread should be crunchy on the outside and super moist on the inside. Enjoy!!
