6 potatoes
1 onion
olive oil
1/2 stick butter
salt
pepper
crushed red pepper
tin foil

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and peel. Slice potatoes thinly (like a potato chip). Chop onion. Unroll 18" of tinfoil. Pour large dab of olive oil in center of tinfoil and spread evenly across. Line tinfoil with potato slices and onion. Cut stick of butter into small squares and strategically place amongst potatoes and onions. Generously salt, pepper, and red pepper. Unroll another 18" of tinfoil and lay over top of potatoes. Crinkle the sheets of foil together. Fire up the grill on medium - high heat and cook for approximately 30 minutes. Remove and serve. Enjoy!!!
