1/4 cup warm water
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup scalded milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 tbs dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in bread machine. Take out and let rise. Can be put in a loaf or made into rolls. Bake at 400 till golden
