4 ripe bananas-mashed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce

Mix and let stand 15 minutes then mix in:



2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix together and bake in a greased pan at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
