1 pkg active dry yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup self rising cornmeal
4 cups self rising flour, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Mix yeast with water until dissolved, add sugar, oil and egg. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into well greased muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Mixed dough may be kept in the refigerator up to 5 days. Leave room in the container because it will rise
