2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. water or milk
1 1/2 c. raw grated carrots
1/2 c. nuts

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
