1/4 c butter 3/4 c sugar 1 egg 1/2 c milk 1 1/2 c flour 2 t baking powder 1/2 t salt 1/2 c brown sugar 1 1/2 t cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Sift together dry ingredients, and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Spread batter into greased 9" pan. Cover with topping made from 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 1/2 t. cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
