Fill a frying pan half full of water and let come to almost a boil. Reduce heat and crack desired number of eggs in water. Let cook until partially cook.

Put toast in toaster and cook until desired darkness. Place poached eggs on top of toast.

Adding a little bit of WHITE vinager to the water helps hold the eggs together!
