2 c. Pioneer baking mix
1/2 c water or buttermilk
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Mix baking mix, water (buttermilk) and cheese. Roll out and cut into rounds and place in greased 9" cake pan and bake for 10-12 minutes. Melt butter and add parsley, garlic salt and Italian Seasoning. Using a pastry brush, generously spread this mixture on hot biscuits.

Frolm Liz Sandell's cooking class. Add cream or tarter for fluffier biscuits or pancakes. Liz rolls out biscuits with a dish towel. Cook biscuits close together .
