1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
1 package fresh spinach
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Cover bottom of Dutch oven or skillet with olive oil. Saute garlic for approximately 2 minutes on medium heat - do not burn. Add washed, spin-dried and chopped spinach, salt and pepper. Cook until wilted completely.
