Make or buy a pie crust and line a baking dish. Brown a few strips for the top.
Boil, debone and cut a chicken into chunks. (Save the broth.)
Cook 1 pkg. of frozen mixed vegetables. Chop one onion and potato and add to vegetables.
Put all in the crust.
Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup and some of the chicken broth. (Mix to the consistency you like.) Pour over the chicken and vegetables. Top with crust strips and bake @ 350 until bottom crust is done.
