1 large head of fresh Cauliflower salt (optional) Molly McButter 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Cheese
Cook cauliflower until tender, drain completely. Mash with potato masher. Stir in salt as desired and add a generous amount of Molly McButter. Add 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
