Ingredients:
Corkscrew Pasta
1 red bell pepper - chopped
1/2 red onion - chopped
4 tablespoons of sundried tomato tapenade or sun dried tomatoes
Kalamata olives - chopped
1 package feta cheese
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta and drain. Pour some olive oil into a skillet, sauté the garlic, bell pepper and onions to the consistency you like. Pour mixture over the cooked pasta, add package of crumbled feta, chopped olives and sun dried tomato tapenade. Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix and serve. I would gauge how long the pasta and the bell pepper/onions take – so that you can mix them together when they are both at the hottest temperature.

You can add anything else you like, capers, red dried chili peppers, eggplant, etc.
