4 quarts of yellow mustard
3 c. of vinegar
a blender full of hot pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop peppers with 1 c. vinegar until smooth. Pour into a saucepan. Rinse blender with 1 c. vinegar and add to peppers. Bring to a boil then add mustard. Use last c. vinegar to rinse jars. Add to saucepan and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for a little bit. Stir continuously or mixture will scorch. Return to mustard jars or any kind of jar you have. It's good to put a canning lid on jar before replacing lid.
