Lg. head of cabbage
3 T. olive oil
3 T. butter
lots of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut head of cabbage into quarters small enough to be fed into food processor. Use the slicing disc. This makes the cabbage come out in uniform stringy form. Heat the olive oil and butter and pour in the cabbage. Cook until tender. Can use red cabbage and add apple slices to it.
