1 pkg (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg (8 oz.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 c. Real Mayo
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
1 c. marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 c. jarred roasted red peppers, drained, sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayo & garlic in a bowl until well blended.

Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish

Bake 10 min. Stir. Arrange tomatoes, artichoke hearts & peppers over cheese mixture into 3 separate sections. Bake an additional 10 min. Serve with Triscuits thin crisps, wheat thins and/or garlic bagel chips

I made this for a gathering at my house and it was an absolute hit and it's SO easy to make. You can also find this recipe at Kraftfoods.com... I know... not an original... but worth passing on!
