1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped,
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 can each: rotel tomatoes, cream of celery and golden mushroom soup
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute all vegetables except green onion in margarine. Puree rotel then add soups and add to vegetables. Add crawfish and simmer 20 minutes. Sprinkle green onions on top. Serve over rice.

Add chicken broth if you prefer a thinner gravy.
