Ingredients:  
1/4 C. Onion - Chopped
6 T. Butter (4 T. to Saute onions in)
2 T. Flour
1/2 C. Water
1 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 pkg. Broccoli
3 Eggs - well beaten
1/2 C. Cracker Crumbs or Chips - place on top

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in 4T butter. Stir in flour. Add water. Add Cheeze Whiz - boil to thicken. Add and blend broccoli. Add eggs. Grease casserole with remaining butter, turn in broccoli mixture, cover with crumbs. Bake at 325 for 30 min. If doubled allow more baking time. Insert knife to test for doneness.
