Directions:
Cook noodles until done (salt to taste). Drain water from noodles and place in a 9 x 13 glass dish. Put 1 stick of butter in with noodles and mix until butter is melted. Next add 2 cans of evaporated milk. If not juicy enough add enough milk to make it juicy but not overly juicy. Taste and add additional salt. if needed. Add pepper to taste. Next beat two eggs and add to noodle mixture. Add cheese. For this size pan, I use a 16 oz or more block of Sharp Cheese (depending on how much cheese you like). Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until it looks done.
