Ingredients:  
1 lb. sifted All-Purpose Flour (3 - 3 1/2 cups)
1 lb. butter
1 lb. sharp cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and red pepper together. Mix cheese and butter together. Add flour and pepper mixture gradually until smooth. Pinch off pieces and roll into marble-sized balls. Bake at 400 degrees for about 9 minutes.
