1 8 oz package of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Finely Grated)
1 small jar of pimentos (drained)
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, pimentos (drained) an enough mayonnaise to mix everything together. Spread on bread and enjoy.

When Jennifer and Lauren were small, I decided to make finger foods one Christmas Eve. They enjoyed it so much that from then on it became a tradition that we have finger foods to eat on Christmas Eve. Pimento Cheese was ALWAYS a favorite of Jen and Laurens.
