4 c. thinly sliced fresh zucchini
1 c. yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. mozzarella cheese
1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
2 tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Cook zucchini and onions in margarine until tender, approximately 10 minutes. Stir in next 6 ingredients. In a large bowl blend eggs and cheese, and stir in above mixture. Place crescent rolls in a 10 inch pie pan and spread with mustard. Pour in quiche mixture and bake approximately 20 minutes.
