2 cups of cut up rhubarb
1 cup of sliced strawberries
3 Tbs flour
1 1/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
3 egg whites
6 Tbs of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the fruits, flour, sugar and 2 eggs together, beaten with the dash of salt. Pour mixture into the pie shell. Bake first for 25 minutes at 425 degrees and than reduce heat to continue baking at 375 degrees. Do not remove from oven until center is firm. Beat the egg whites and sugar together and put on the top of the pie, than return to oven for a few minutes till top is a little brown
