Put all in a 9x13 baking dish:
4 c apples
1/2 tesp cinnamon
1/8 tesp nutmeg
Pour over all:
1/2 c apple cider
Another bowl: Blend together with pastry knife;
3/4 c flour
1 c raw sugar
1 c butter
this should be like a crumble. put crumble on top of the apple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
If you like the crisp to be thicker put in a smaller pan.
