1 egg yolk
1 t lemon juice
3 T butter
2 c sifted powdered sugar
orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter. Beat the egg yolk with lemon juice until light. Add to the butter and beat until blended. Add sugar gradually, then enough orange juice until frosting consistency.
