2 beaten eggs
2 Tbs of milk
1 cup of bread crumbs
4 Tbs chopped onions
Dash of Salt and Pepper
2 pound of ground beef
6 Tbs of Parmesan Cheese
Slices of American, Swiss, Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese

Fixings:

Mustard
Ketchup
Mayo
Pickles
Lettuce
Tomato
Onions
Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onions and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add beef and Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Mix well. Shape the meat mixture into eight 3/4 inch think patties.

Place the patties on a charcoal grill and cook until desired. Cook patties for 7-9 minutes for "medium rare" and about 10-12 minutes for "well done". Place cheese slices on during the last 30 seconds and enjoy. Another way is to cook them indoor in a broiler pan and place on broil about 3 or 4 inches from the heat. Cooking time is about the same, placing cheese slices on during the last seconds.. When done loaded up fixings and enjoy.
