3 lb. red potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 green onion blades, chopped
1/3 red onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up potatoes in chunks, do not peel.
Rinse potatoes thoroughly after cutting in chunks.
Boil potatoes until done and drain thoroughly
Add margarine and cheese and mix well
Add onions, sour cream, and bacon.
Salt and pepper to taste.

This is the recipe that our neighbor, Wayne Castleberry is famous for. Wayne is an excellent cook. In fact, he has dinner prepared every night for his wife, Brenda, when she arrives home.
