6 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (rinsed,dried and chopped)
* salt and pepper to taste
2 28oz cans of pastene kitchen ready tomatoes
1 28oz of home made chicken stock (see index)
1 16oz can of celi beans (rinsed)
1 cup of grated cheese
1 lb ditalini short pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in sate pan on med heat. Add garlic cook for about 3 min until brown, remove garlic.

2. Take off heat and carefully add tomatoes and chicken stock. cook on low simmer for 30 min. Add salt and pepper to taste( crushed red pepper opt)

3.Add celi beans and pasta simmer for 5 min more min.

4. Remove from heat add cheese and parsley
