2 tbls extra virgin olive oil 3 tbls fresh parsley rinsed,dried and copped 1 tbls dried Italian seasoning * salt and pepper to taste 1 loaf fresh Italian bread ( food processed) 1 cup of grated cheese of choice 2 eggs

2. Mix all ingredients in bowl and use to stuff meats as well as well as vegetables
