3 tbsp olive oil
2 heads garlic
* salt to taste
* pinch of dried Italian sausage
* fresh parsley to taste
1 egg
1/2 small red bell pepper (minced)
16 large button mushrooms (stems removed)
* grated cheese to taste
* mozzarella cheese to top

1. Heat frying pan to med- hi cook mushroom stems.

2. Mix all other ingredients in bowl

3. Toss button mushrooms in olive oil until coated salt and pepper to taste

4. Place on cooking sheet and stuff each one with mixture

5. Preheat oven and then bake on 375 for 30 min.

6. Remove top with mozzarella ad bake for 5 more min.
