3 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs, room temperature
3 c. plain flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crushed pineapple drained (1 sm cn)
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Cream butter and sugar. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add flour and milk alternately. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze with 2 c. confectioners' sugar and enough pineapple juice to make spreading consistency.
