1 large can pumpkin (29 oz.)
1 C brown sugar
1 can evaporated skim milk (12 oz)
3 eggs (or egg substitute equivalent)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 to 1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 to 1/2 C butter/margarine

Directions:

Combine first six ingredients. Pour into a non-stick 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on mixture then drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
