1 link (3 oz. hot Italian sausage, removed from casing
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped fresh Italian parsley
16 oz. egg substitute
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Coat a 9 inch pie pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, break sausage into small pieces and combine with cheese, parsley, and egg substitute; season with salt and pepper. Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes.
