Chocolate cake mix
14oz pkg. carmels
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2c. pecans (Or any nuts)
6 oz. pkg. choclate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels, butter & evaporated milk in microwave. (takes about 3 min.)
STIR every minute, so as not to scorch!

Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour 1/2 batter into prepared 9 x13 pan.
Bake@ 350 for 15 min.

Remove cake from oven & sprinkle pecans,
chocolate chips & pour carmel mixture over all.
Top with remaining cake mix
Bake 20-30 min. more. Or until top feels done.
