10 oz. extra-wide egg noodles
4 T. butter
2 large eggs
4 oz. ricotta cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
1-2 sliced apples
salt and nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in until nearly done; drain and toss with butter while still hot. Beat eggs with cheeses and sour cream. Mix everything together and put in a baking dish. Bake at 350 F approximately one half hour.
