1 lb. lean hamburger
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1/2 cup cup cream
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onions in butter. Stir in paprika, soup and mushrooms.

Simmer 15 minutes or until well blended. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper; heat but do not boil.

Serve over noodles or rice.
