Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb. of sausage brown and add:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
cook down until tender and then add:

1 cup rice
4 1/2 cups of hot water
2 packages of Lipton chicken noodle soup mix

Directions:

cook 7 minutes and put into covered casserole sish and bake 1 hour at 350".

It is best served over lima bean soup... or alone.
