Up to 6 chicken breasts
1 18oz bottle BBQ sauce (I like Cattleman’s)
˝ pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 C Cheddar Jack cheese
Diced tomatoes
Sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Pour some of the sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Add chicken & pour remaining sauce over the tops. Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes, turning once.
Add cheese, then bacon, then tomatoes, then onion to the top of the chicken breasts. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted
