Mix together well:
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
Then add:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups finely grated zucchini

Mix until well blended. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until a pick comes out clean
