6 Large Tomatoes
2 TBSP. Butter, Melted
2 TBSP. Chives, Finely Chopped
1 TBSP. Parsley, Finely Chopped
1/4 tsp. Sage
2 Cups Breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup Finely Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Remove the tomato stems and cut out the cores. Cut out the centers and scoop out the insides. Discard seeds, chop pulp and mix with the remaining ingredients, reserving the cheese. Fill the tomato shells with stuffing ingredients. Place tomatoes in a baking dish adn sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the ripeness of the tomatoes. Serve hot.
